The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Surveyor to play a key role in maintaining and improving residential housing stock. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong surveyor who enjoys leading a team while remaining hands-on with complex surveying and property maintenance challenges.

You will manage a small team of surveyors (5), providing expert guidance on challenging repairs, structural issues, damp and mould cases, insurance-related works, and major defects. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and residents, you will help ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
