Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on plans and specifications
• Review and interpret BOQs, drawings, and contract documents
• Evaluate progress billings and subcontractor claims
• Prepare and assess variation orders (VO)
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost variances
• Coordinate with project team, clients, and subcontractors on cost-related matters
• Assist in project budgeting and cost control reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Experience in cost estimation, quantity takeoff, and project cost control
• Knowledge in BOQ preparation, billing evaluation, and VO analysis
• Proficient in Excel and quantity takeoff software (e.g., PlanSwift)
