Job Description - Assist in tender submission, follow up and carry out tender presentations for Construction & Building Works
- Pre and post-tender clarifications
- Oversee and review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and drawings
- Progress monthly payments, claims and final account settlement
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned
Job Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Rebar, Concrete, Formwork project (Sub-contractor) is required for this position. However, a candidate with greater work experience is also welcomed to apply.
