The role is accountable for cost planning, procurement support, contract administration, and value engineering across the store estate, with a strong focus on cost per square meter optimisation, lifecycle costing, and standardisation of build specifications.

Qualifications

• BSc (Quantity Surveying) or equivalent
• Professional registration (PrQS / MRICS or equivalent preferred)
• 5–7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
