My client is a Humberside based independent construction contractor with longstanding customer relationships stretching back over two decades. These projects consist of New Builds and Refurbishments, primarily in the residential and commercial sectors, carried out on a Design & Build basis.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor initially you will be working on a variety of projects valued up to £3m, based in Hull and the surrounding area, You will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the project, working on the pre-con phase of tenders and then take the project through to site delivery.
