MAKEPRO CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced, responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in handling tender and BQ-related works for building, Infra and roadwork projects involving government agencies and main contractors.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimation, tender documents, and bills of quantities for infrastructure and building projects.
Support project cost calculation, budgeting, and tender analysis based on drawings and specifications. Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for cost evaluation. Prepare monthly progress claims to the main contractor/client and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
