Responsibilities - Prepare technical and commercial proposals during the tender stage, including bills of quantities, material quantities, and taking off quantities.
- Attend site show round, site visit, tender briefing and seek clarifications with the respective client/consultant if any.
- Study details and discuss with management, attend tender interviews, including method statement and technical proposal presentation, and tender clarification.
- Handle manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review and update.
- Prepare pricing of bill of quantity and re-measurement works.
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements....
