We are seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site team of construction projects. This role involves working closely with project manager, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
