Able to read architectural, structural drawings, understanding of general technical terms, specifications and bills of quantities.
Have some basic experience in design, fabrication and site installation knowledge of aluminum and glazing works.
Assist in the taking off quantities from the architectural drawings to facilitate cost estimation and pricing.
Assist in contract administration, including preparing tender documents, conducting pre-qualification exercises, attending tender interviews, and performing site survey
Coordinate with the internal design department to obtain and review tender drawings for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the Main Contractor, regularly updating and evaluating certification status against monthly forecasts
