Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, preparing quotations and claims, monitoring budgets, and ensuring all contractual and financial aspects of projects are properly handled. The role includes cost estimation, tender preparation, subcontractor coordination, and project cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions
- Review tender documents, drawings, and contract specifications
