            Job Descriptions  Prepare quotations / Commercial Proposal 
Compile Supporting Documents for Tender / Proposal submission 
Follow Up and Negotiate on contract 
Prepare, Submit and Follow Up on Progress Claim, Tax Invoice and Payment Collection 
 Requirements  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent from a recognized university 
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience with strong knowledge of Local Construction Practices 
Effective Communication Skills and Enjoy Interacting with people at all levels 
Positive Attitudes / Drive for Result and Willing to Learn 
Good Self-Discipline and Ownership of Task
