Position Overview

            Responsibilities  To study & understand tender drawings & contract document. 
BQ for tender or variation submission. 
Preparing substantiation document for claim purpose. 
Ensure tender or VO submission is on time. 
Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier and carry out comparison of quotation. 
Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects. 
Pre-tender/ site project estimates and prepare documentation. 
 Requirement  At least 1 years of quantity Surveyor experience 
MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
