Position Overview
To manage and co-ordinate with team members, subcontractors and suppliers to meets the contract budgets, specifications and requirements : - In-charge of tendering Request quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers including negotitation with them Ensure all are in track to submissions, deadlines and schedules Monitor and report on project process Investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely method Prepare billings and report monthly Prepare variation orders/ extension of time Liasison with project site teams an ensure timely completion of activities Other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time
