Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparing tender submissions
Evaluating price comparison and costing summaries
Project administration and documentation, including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, updating claim submissions, and preparing final accounts
Carrying out site measurements
Evaluating and certifying sub-contractors' progress payments
Understanding drawings
Submitting monthly progress claims
Performing other quantity surveying related duties as required
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying or a related business
Willingness to learn and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD
Ability to handle queries and feedback for associates, site teams, and customers
