Job Summary Perform comprehensive Quantity Surveying (QS) tasks including obtaining quotations, negotiating with sub-contractors, measuring quantities, preparing claims, and managing contract risks to support building construction projects efficiently.

- Collaborate with Project Team, Consultants, Clients, and Sub-contractors to execute Quantity Surveying tasks accurately and effectively.
