Position Overview

            Taking-off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing for quotations 
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary 
Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers 
Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client 
Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers 
 Job Specifications  At least Diploma in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building 
Minimum 2 year relevant experience working in construction industry 
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
