Position Overview

            Job Description Contract administration 
Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations 
Liase with customer, handle emails 
Invoice, collect outstanding payments, payrolls, other miscellaneous paper works assigned 
Handle monthly invoice and payroll in time manners 
Any other tasks assigned by manager or director 
Requirements Able to work in noisy workshop area environment 
Able to communicate in English 
Able to work under pressure environment
