Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities:  Responsible for bidding information collection. 
Prepare all Bill of Quantity for the entire project and vendor reports. 
Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to Consultants. 
Call for supplier/subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details. 
Verify subcontractor and suppliers' claim and prepare interim payment certificates. 
Responsible for quality/accordance to thespecification of the works. 
Check all new drawings for variation works 
Responsible for collecting, sorting and checking of bidding calculation of quantities. 
Organise subcontractor pricing and negotiations. 
Organise and compile all bidding quotations. 
Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors. 
Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the Company.
