Your new role

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in maintaining strongmercial control across a diverse portfolio of facilities and infrastructure projects. This includes scoping and pricing voids, ensuring value for money and supporting the delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget. Working closely with operational teams, client representatives and supply chain partners, the postholder will contribute to the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities includemercial reporting, cost modelling, risk management and supporting dispute resolution.
