Quantity Surveyor Working days: Monday - Friday, 8.30 AM - 6 PM

Salary: Basic $4000 to $5000 + performance bonus
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in related field.
Key Responsibilities - Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
- Prepare precise cost estimates for underground utilities construction projects, considering materials, labor, and associated overheads.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Tendering & Procurement:
- Prepare and issue tender documents specific to underground utilities projects, analyze and evaluate tender submissions.
