An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Commercial team based in Chatham.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for several key accounts on a major project or oversee the commercial and financial management of smaller schemes. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare applications, valuations and cost value reconciliations.

* Manage project cost control and forecasting.
