Position Overview

            Measuring of Quantity taking from drawings. 
Sourcing for quotations for sub-contracts. 
Drafting/Preparing sub-contracts letter of awards letters, sub-contracts agreement. 
Submission of main contract VO & claims etc. 
Preparation for making claims, and sub-contract accounts administration. 
Interviews of subcontractors and preparation of subcontractors’ claims. 
Requirements At least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying. 
At least 5 years of related working experience. Those with more than 10 years of QS experience will be considered for Senior QS position. 
Civil Engineering/Construction knowledge is preferred.
