Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Assistant General Manager - FUTURE OPPORTUNTIES

Position: Full-time.

We are looking for an energetic and growth-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) at a single Eataly location. This role reports directly to the QSR General Manager and supervises the QSR staff of service leads, baristas, sales associates and stockers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the QSR General Manager on all aspects of management.
• Monitor budget and ensure efficient operations with expenditures staying within budget limitations.
• Ensure guest experience standards are consistently met.
• Create staff schedules and submit payroll for approval.
• Hire, assign, train, motivate, evaluate and terminate employees as necessary.
• Document, investigate, and resolve employee and guest incidents.
