1. Technical Support for Sales & Business Development
You guide the technical evaluations of customer proposals: you interpret customer needs, identify risks and opportunities, and align with internal departments such as R&D, QC, QA, Purchasing, Sales…You translate technical insights into commercial value: you ensure Sales has accurate cost calculations, margins, and market information to prepare a competitive offer.You prepare reports and presentations and provide support during customer visits. You are therefore also a direct technical contact for customers.You conduct literature and market studies on new technologies, products, and potential projects to stimulate innovation and identify commercial opportunities. 2.
