Job Description – Trend Research & Future Intelligence
Proactive research support to capture segment specific consumer trends & technology
needs.
1. Integrate insights from different sources (desk research) to develop a holistic
technology & consumer trends insights that are impactful & actionable.
2. Build strong research database that integrate current understanding of key
products & customer insights which can be useful before kicking off any study.
3. Formalizing the research brief, with clear buy in of objectives from key
stakeholders and mapping the research reports.
4. Travel and conduct fieldwork action for various researches. Optimal customer
visits, periodically, to capture dipstick information from market/dealers.
5. Discover, evaluate, and track internal/external industry trends that may be
relevant to Company portfolio, specifically from the point of view of providing
