Responsibilities
Lead, manage and grow RPA team in the different assigned activities.
Control and monitor team activities in a timely manner.
Interact proactively with functional areas to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting is accomplished within prescribed deadlines.
Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders, including Finance colleagues and Regional Financial Reporting and Accounting.
Communicate with these stakeholders appropriately and timely when questions regarding accounting/reporting matters arise.
Ensure all processes comply with Alcon standards and policies (i.e. global processes, Alcon Accounting Manual, Alcon Financial Controls Manual, Management Authorization Levels, etc.).
Control and monitor old items in the balance sheets, as well as clean up and compensate the items that make up the balances.
