Position Overview

Rack integration
  • Install rack rails and mount servers into rack solutions according to specifications.
  • Verify status indicators and operational readiness of servers, switches, routers, modems, and other network devices.
  • Inspect and verify power connections for servers and network equipment.
  • Install and verify network cables, cable connections, and associated hardware.
  • Apply cable labels and organize cabling according to company standards and CCD requirements.
  • Identify and understand the basic functions of server, storage, network, and rack components.
