Overview

We are seeking a highly specialized Radiation Oncology Coder to support accurate, compliant coding across the full continuum of radiation oncology services—from simulation and treatment planning through delivery and advanced procedures. This is a coding-first role requiring deep expertise in radiation oncology workflows, strong command of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, and the ability to translate complex clinical documentation into precise, audit-ready codes. The ideal candidate understands the clinical context behind each service and applies current ASTRO and ACR guidance to ensure compliant and optimized reimbursement.

Responsibilities
