Job Description

Responsible for implementing the policies and procedures for the Diagnostic Imaging Department in liaison with management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out efficiently, ensuring quality services to patients.
• Assist the Radiographer in Charge with maintaining and caring for X-ray equipment and other machines.
• Assist with the daily operational and administrative functions of the department.
• Assist in supervising, training, and orienting other radiographers and lower-category staff.
• Take high-quality radiographs while keeping radiation dose to patients low.
• Provide highest quality patient care at all times to internal and external customers.
• Maintain tidiness, cleanliness, and hygienic measures to prevent cross-infection.
