In this role, you will impact the quality control processes by managing the team that utilizes advanced radiographic techniques to identify defects and ensure the integrity of pressure vessels, ultimately enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you’ll work out of our Palmetto, FL location with an on-site work schedule.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Must possess or have the ability to qualify for company Radiography level III within 6 months of hire.
+ Owner for training, certification, and upkeep of certification of all inspection personnel in accordance with SNT-TC-1A. Be the mentor and trainer for Level II inspectors.
+ Maintain records of current qualifications of personnel (NDE Certifications) in accordance with SNT-TC-1A including regular documented audits of radiography inspections.
