The Radiology Support Professional is responsible for 4 main functions within the department:


+ Customer Service Associate/Department Operator for the department of radiology with customers and physicians.

+ Scheduling appointments based on the physician’s orders and the needs of the individual patient.

+ Image and report management and exchange (addendums, burning, importing, exporting, mailing, etc).

+ Check in and registration of patients receiving care within the radiology departments.
