Description

In this position, you will support patient care by performing x-rays as ordered by provider for diagnostic purposes. As a member of the patient care team, you will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to maintain workflows and efficiency in the clinical offices.

+ Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, positions patients on the exam table and adjusts equipment to obtain optimal views of specific body area
+ Perform procedures based on established technique chart using independent judgment to support the radiological orders
+ Exhibit solid understanding and collaborate with departments as it relates to radiological services
+ Demonstrate proper equipment usage, use appropriate technique charts, follow appropriate exposure index ranges and assure markers are set appropriatelyProvides assistance in QA measures including recording QC testing on designated equipment
