Job Description: An opportunity for a ME serial process engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage technology maturation from TRL6 to MRL7.
• Provide training in new technologies before entry into service.
• Drive innovation and idea generation for the plant.
• Oversee IMC governance, including MFT meetings and approval panels.
• Manage IMC modules, such as showrooms, collaborative spaces, and the robotics lab.
• Collaborate with sponsors and the IMC team for project success.
• Contribute to the industrial means strategy for the next program launch.
• Ensure compliance with cost reduction and delivery time objectives.
• Foster the growth of the industrial means community and its competencies.
