About the Opportunity

• Rate freight bill Orders for: Less-than-Truckload, Full-Truckload, Warehouse, Courier, and Retail in a cross-border business.
• Communicate relevant information regarding shipments, including updating internal teams and customers.
• Resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with company internal and external personnel.
• Provide accurate information to relevant parties.
• Management of freight bills and supporting documentation for internal and external parties as required.
• Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, imaging of documents, and billing of freight bills.
• Monitor rating process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day Rating with core objectives for accuracy and revenue enhancement.
