Job Characteristics
As an RBDS Technician, you will:
Undergo comprehensive training on RBDS equipment and service standards. Deliver decontamination services to high safety and customer service standards. Work under the RBDS Service Manager on large-scale deployments. Manage project planning, execution, and service delivery after initial shadowing. Support both frontline and back-office RBDS processes. Lead and mentor a small team of apprentice-level employees. Travel internationally, sometimes on short notice. Collaborate with Bioquell’s global subsidiaries and distributors. Safely lead and complete medium to large decontamination projects.
