Basic Function

HF Sinclair is seeking aRBI Analyst to utilize a software suite known as “PCMS” to analyze refinery equipment and to provide a risk based inspection (RBI) methodology to the equipment. Reviews historical and current inspection data to ensure risk is managed within HF Sinclair risk profile while maintaining the most efficient inspection plan/s.

Job Duties

Executes and manages RBI plans with detailed schedules and resources in-line with the Company’s strategy.

Executes, manages and provides technical support for implementing and utilizing RBI methodology

Utilizes the PCMS software to analyze equipment risk and provide optimized strategies to the inspection plan/s

Measures and ensures effective implementation of RBI Management Systems at site.

Delivers training required to implement and sustain RBI Programs.
