RBVE’s Lifeworks programme provides life‑changing employability and resettlement support to ex‑service personnel and the families of both veterans and serving members of the Armed Forces across the UK.

Our flagship 4‑day course, delivered either online or in person, takes a person‑centred, tailored approach that empowers individuals to move into sustainable employment, education, or training.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Lifeworks Employability Coach to deliver RBVE’s flagship programme and provide ongoing support to participants.
