CSI Companies is seeking an experienced and highly capable RCM Leader (Interim) to support a rapidly growing digital health organization during a critical period of stabilization and growth. This individual will step into a senior leadership role to stabilize revenue cycle operations, drive execution, and support the build-out of a scalable RCM function.


This role is ideal for a seasoned RCM leader who thrives in fast-moving, complex healthcare environments and can balance strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership.



Reports to: VP, Accounting

Duration: Minimum six (6) months, with potential for conversion

Location: Remote (travel as needed)

Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience and education
