This 12-month contract role seeks a candidate with strong experience in beverage R&D, particularly beyond wine. You will provide technical leadership, supporting product innovation, commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration. Your insights will enhance our diverse beverage offerings, including spirits and RTD cocktails.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end‐to‐end R&D activities for new product launches
• Manage flavor, ingredient, and blend setup in JDE
• Conduct stability studies and shelf‐life testing
• Prepare product samples for various business needs
• Generate formal sensory evaluation reports and assessments
Requirements:
• BSc in Food Science, Nutrition, or Oenology preferred
