Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor with formulations.

  • Develop and formulate products according to project briefs.

  • Optimize existing formulations for improved performance, stability, or compliance with regulatory changes.

  • Source and evaluate new or alternative raw materials when required.

  • Perform necessary tests, including but not limited to stability testing, packaging compatibility testing, and performance evaluations.

  • Support and troubleshoot product quality issues.

  • Provide technical support during scale-up, pilot batches, and production.

  • Ensure that formulations comply with regulatory standards.

  • Work closely with other departments such as product development, regulatory, sales, QA/QC and production.

  • Maintain a good document control system for formulation and other technical information.
