Role Summary Pall Corporation seeks a creative and results‑oriented R&D Director for Application Technology & Solution Development focused on semiconductor process technology, membrane science and device design within the Global R&D organization. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the position is based on‑site in Singapore.
Responsibilities - Lead research for the MicroE Business Unit to deliver strategic growth targets from innovation, including incremental pipeline value (IPV) and funnel health.
- Support assigned swimlane activities and customer interactions/trials in the development and commercialization of new products (NPD) and continuous improvement products (CIP) by defining and deploying device and cleaning strategy aligned with corporate and business unit objectives.
