Position Overview
Participate in development of new product and technology concepts and specifications with multidisciplinary teams Participate in testing, validation and optimization of new products and technologies in collaboration with other R&D functions Develop new applications for existing and new instruments, and provide all the necessary technical information and documentation to Operations, Service and Marketing teams Design, execute experiments and analyze the resulting data to resolve technical challenges Demonstrate leadership and willingness for continuous improvement Once experienced, lead one workstream of an innovative technical project Provide analytical support for existing products and applications, to Operations, Service, Marketing, Sales, and Customers, when a deep analytical expertise and a perfect knowledge of the instruments is required Mentor colleagues (as new hired or less experienced colleagues)
