About the Role: We are looking for a passionate R&D Engineer (Power Electronics) to design, develop, and test high-performance power converter systems. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle — from design to validation and production.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop analog/digital control systems for switch‑mode power converters.
- Develop firmware and control algorithms for MCU/DSP‑based systems.
- Perform circuit simulation, prototyping, and lab testing (electrical, thermal, EMI/EMC).
- Prepare design documentation , test reports, and support product release.
- Work with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams for product transfer.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, RoHS, REACH , and ISO 9001 standards.
- Support design reviews, cost reduction , and process improvement projects.
