The ideal candidate should have hands-on laboratory experience in organic synthesis, natural product extraction, and analytical techniques, with exposure to pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, cosmetic ingredient, or natural product R&D. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory experiments for product and process development. Carry out organic synthesis, extraction, and purification. Handle HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, and TLC analysis. Support process optimization and scientific documentation. Review technical literature and assist in R&D projects.
