MANAGER/ SENIOR MANAGER - Electrical and Motion Control (Hardware/Technical/ Engineering/ Automation/ Control/Mechatronics/R&D)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical and controls engineers.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of electrical motion control systems used in Semiconductor Machines or Automation machinery.
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and control architectures.
• Troubleshoot motion synchronization, positioning accuracy, vibration and dynamic performance issues.
• Manage multiple automation or machine-build projects from concept to commissioning.
• Coordinate with mechanical, software, and production teams.
• Support or review programming for Motion controllers, Servo tuning and Automation sequences.
• Improve machine reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.
