Responsible for developing innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions for industrial applications. The role focuses on improving packaging performance, logistics efficiency, and sustainability for products such as corrugated cartons, EPE foam packaging, wooden crates, and pallets.
Develop new packaging designs and improve existing designs for corrugated cartons, EPE foam, wooden crates, and pallet systems.
Work with customers’ engineering teams to develop packaging solutions that improve product protection, cost efficiency, and container loading.
Conduct packaging testing and validation such as drop, compression, and transit tests.
Prepare structural drawings, mockups, and prototypes for customer evaluation.
Work with production teams to ensure packaging designs are practical for manufacturing.
Evaluate new materials or packaging concepts to improve performance or reduce cost.
