Position Overview

What will you do?

Lead development of new technologies in textile printing (new inks, workflows, and systems)

Identify gaps and opportunities and suggest performance improvements

Develop and deliver optimized solutions with clear performance metrics and measurable KPIs

Write software/system specifications, algorithms, procedures, project steps, and test plans

Lead cross-functional work groups within the R&D matrix

Act as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and customer needs

Plan, conduct, and analyze experiments using existing systems and prototypes

Analyze and present complex multi-component technical issues

Support Customer Service and Development departments

Lead projects independently, end-to-end
What Should You Have?
At least 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or System Engineer (mandatory)
