R&D / Quality Assurance Executive

Overview the QA/QC/R&D New Product Development, handle customer complaint.

Responsibilities: Establish and maintain quality systems and procedures. Oversee quality functions including in-coming, in-process, outgoing and customer satisfaction. Handle R&D projects in terms of materials sourcing, recipe development, and product specification setting up. Lead new project team. Involve in idea contribution for packaging, product, artwork concept. Laboratory management. Maintain GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in food industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001.
• Exposure in R&D.
• Well-versed in quality and technical parameters of food and beverages.
• Cheerful disposition with very positive working attitude.
