Are you from Central Finland? Centria is a multidisciplinary higher education institution with over 4,400 students and 400 experts. We are looking for a full-time R&D specialist for the Entrepreneurship and Business R&D team. The position is fixed-term from September 1, 2026, to May 31, 2028. The role primarily involves work within the Pietarsaari campus influence area with Swedish-speaking stakeholders. The working languages at Centria are Finnish and English, but success in the role requires good Swedish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Spelbron
• Organize 7–9 workshops for five different participant groups, with 10–12 participants per group (half young, half adult/older).
• Aim for at least one ready game demo per group (not necessarily digital); foster intergenerational understanding, draw from local history, identify future opportunities, and revitalize rural areas.
