Key Responsibilities - Develop and improve waste treatment and resource recovery processes for efficiency and sustainability.
- Conduct R&D, laboratory testing, and process optimization for new and existing waste streams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and external partners to support new projects, pilot trials, and commercialization.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support business growth through process innovation, technical expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives.
